Enlight Names Industry Veteran Paul Lombardi as CEO of U.S. Operations

PARKVILLE, MD, February 19, 2003 – Renowned game developer Enlight announces that Paul Lombardi, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, has joined the company as CEO of its North America publishing operation. Enlight, best known for its award-winning Capitalism and Seven Kingdom series of strategy and simulation games, recently has entered the publishing business with its debut publishing title Restaurant Empire.

Lombardi has over 20 years experience in the PC and console game publishing. His industry career began at Microprose in 1985, where he worked with industry pioneers such as Sid Meier and led the sales efforts for groundbreaking titles like Civilization. Following his success at Microprose, Lombardi went on to found 2 videogame and software companies, including Interactive Magic in 1994. In 1997 Lombardi founded Intense Interactive, a game publishing company focusing on simulation and racing titles.
