Enlight Signs Exclusive North American Distribution Deal with Activision Value Publishing PARKVILLE, MD, February 18, 2003 – Enlight Interactive, Inc., world-renown developer of the award-winning Capitalism and Seven Kingdoms series, announced today that it has signed an exclusive long-term North American distribution agreement with Activision Value, a division of Activision Publishing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI). Under the terms of the agreement, Enlight's debut title will be Restaurant Empire that is expected to be released in March 2003. Enlight has a strong line-up of products slated for release in 2003 under the company's U.S. publishing operation, which is headed by Paul Lombardi, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. Restaurant Empire is a 3D simulation of the restaurant business that offers a story-driven campaign with unique combination of business-sim and RPG elements.
